Müller's Solutions is looking for a passionate Service Now Business Analyst to join our talented team. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the implemented Service Now solutions effectively meet business needs and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Service Now implementations
- Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement within Service Now
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to interface with users and gather feedback on Service Now solutions
- Assist in the development of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions
- Provide support and training to users to promote understanding of Service Now functionalities
- Monitor and analyze metrics to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT service management or Service Now projects
- Strong understanding of Service Now functionality and its applications within business processes
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying and addressing business needs
- Proficient with process mapping tools and techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and relevant Service Now certifications are a plus
