To lead the development and execution of KSIA’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring all digital initiatives support brand positioning, corporate objectives, and measurable business outcomes.

The role is responsible for overseeing digital channels (social media, website, email, paid media, and app), driving performance optimization, ensuring governance compliance, and managing agency partnerships to deliver high-impact digital campaigns aligned with KSIA’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with KSIA’s brand, communications, and corporate objectives.
  • Translate business and campaign objectives into comprehensive digital roadmaps across all platforms.
  • Define audience segmentation, channel roles, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Ensure digital plans support key milestones, launches, and corporate initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Performance Management
  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns (always-on and tactical).
  • Oversee delivery of:
  • Paid media activations
  • Website and landing page initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Drive continuous optimization to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
Content Governance & Brand Compliance
  • Ensure platform-specific best practices are applied across all digital channels.
  • Review and approve digital content to ensure alignment with:
  • Brand guidelines
  • Tone of voice
  • Corporate governance requirements
  • Maintain strong quality control across all digital outputs.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Establish clear digital KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Develop structured dashboards and executive-level performance reports.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with digital and media agencies.
  • Lead agency briefing, performance monitoring, and KPI evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Corporate Communication, Campaigns, IT, PR, Events, and Procurement functions.
  • Support RFP development, scope definition, vendor evaluation, and contract performance tracking.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with KSIA’s internal policies and approval processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential digital execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial or lead digital role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media strategies and agency relationships.
Technical & Functional

Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, website ecosystems, mobile applications, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, X, Linked In, Google Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Strong governance enforcement and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Effective budget, timeline, and vendor management skills.
