MDLBEAST is seeking a dynamic IT Director to lead its technology ecosystem and accelerate the company’s digital transformation journey. This role will oversee the design, delivery, and governance of all IT operations, driving ERP migration, hybrid cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives that support MDLBEAST’s fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment.
The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset capable of scaling IT capabilities across MDLBEAST’s events, studios, and corporate platforms.
Responsibilities IT Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute MDLBEAST’s IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business growth.
Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams covering infrastructure, networks, cloud operations, and cybersecurity.
Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, service management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency and service reliability.
Lead the end-to-end ERP migration and integration program
—from planning and data mapping to deployment and user adoption.
Oversee system architecture and ensure interoperability between ERP and other platforms (e.g., CRM, HRMS, ticketing, and asset management).
Develop governance frameworks and policies for data integrity, version control, and workflow automation.
Establish performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor system health, user adoption, and process optimization.
Deliver seamless rollout and change management to ensure organization-wide adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
Architect, modernize, and manage MDLBEAST’s hybrid cloud environment
, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Oversee virtualization (VMware, Red Hat Open Shift, or Nutanix) and manage data center operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Implement advanced monitoring and observability tools (Solar Winds, App Dynamics, Nexthink) for real-time service visibility.
Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) frameworks with regular testing and validation.
Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles for deployment efficiency and resource optimization.
Lead the cybersecurity strategy across all IT assets, systems, and networks, ensuring compliance with NCA, DGA, and ISO 27001 standards.
Establish and maintain security operations, access management, and incident response frameworks.
Conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
Govern data protection, encryption, and identity management policies to safeguard organizational data.
Develop awareness and training programs to foster a security-first culture.
Design and enforce enterprise architecture standards aligned with best practices (TOGAF, NORA).
Create and maintain architectural documentation, including technology roadmaps, data models, and integration frameworks.
Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives through structured governance and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with leadership to identify technology investments that drive efficiency and innovation.
Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and automation to optimize IT operations and predictive maintenance.
Explore emerging technologies that enhance event management, digital experiences, and creative collaboration.
Partner with internal teams to pilot new digital solutions that support MDLBEAST’s innovation-driven ecosystem.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
Proven success leading ERP migration and enterprise system integration projects.
Strong technical background in cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and infrastructure modernization
