About Intelmatix:
Intelmatix is a deep tech AI company founded by a group of MIT technologists with the vision of transforming enterprises to become cognitive. A cognitive enterprise is one that uses AI and Decision Intelligence in making their decisions. This leads to better business decisions with improved accuracy, reduced errors, and better outcomes across various aspects of the business.
Intelmatix has established a global presence with three strategically located offices. These offices are situated in Riyadh, London, and Boston, enabling the company to operate internationally and collaborate with diverse businesses worldwide.
Position Overview:As a Lead Product Manager at Intelmatix, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of various AI and Decision Intelligence products. You will participate in all product management activities with passion, dedication, and commitment, prioritizing the success of customers and product team members above all.
Our product management team is responsible for introducing testable PMF hypotheses, managing these hypotheses throughout their entire lifecycle (from idea to design, development, deployment, and improvements) and aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all relevant aspects of the product.
Increasingly, we also expect Lead Product Managers to be comfortable with modern “vibe coding” workflows—rapidly prototyping flows, UI, and even lightweight internal tools (or simulations) to validate hypotheses faster. This doesn’t replace engineering rigor; it accelerates learning. For example, using tools like Replit, Lovable, or similar rapid build environments to spin up a clickable prototype, a basic agent workflow, or a simple data-backed demo that helps customers and internal teams react to something real.
The product team ensures that every idea meets four key criteria: it must be valuable (customers want it), feasible (we can develop it), usable (customers can easily use it), and viable (it aligns with Intelmatix’s business strategy). Achieving this requires each product manager to have a deep understanding of their products, a solid foundation in product management principles, and exceptional interpersonal and multidisciplinary skills.
They must continuously collaborate and communicate with the design, AI/ML, and software engineering teams—each with their own unique perspective and language—to help them achieve product goals with minimal waste.
In practice, this also means knowing when a “vibe coded” prototype is enough to pressure-test usability/value (e.g., a Lovable-generated UI flow or a quick Replit app with mocked APIs), versus when we need to invest in robust engineering to product ionize what’s working.
Key Responsibilities:- Use “vibe coding” where it makes sense to accelerate discovery and validation—e.g., quickly producing a clickable concept in Lovable, a lightweight prototype in Replit, or a basic agent/workflow demo to test a PMF hypothesis with real users before committing full engineering cycles.
- Analyze business processes to identify pain points, business logic, and constraints.
- Align customer needs with cross-functional objectives to promote team ownership.
- Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and AI/ML teams to optimize outcomes.
- Draft, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps to meet evolving needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct on-demand and ongoing market and user research to continuously enhance the product.
- Maintain alignment on progress and goals across product teams, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure adherence to standards and requirements.
- Support pitch development, marketing activities, and execution of product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, product design, or software development.
- Solid understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., LEAN) and concepts (e.g., MVP)
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present and convey concepts to diverse audiences.
