Next Era is seeking a dynamic Practice Head – Cloud Infrastructure Services to lead our cloud transformation initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

This strategic role is pivotal in driving innovation, expanding client relationships, and positioning Next Era as a leader in cloud infrastructure and digital transformation.

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Services Practice Head to oversee and lead the delivery of cloud-based infrastructure solutions for our clients in Riyadh. This position is ideal for an experienced leader in the cloud computing and infrastructure space, with deep expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure services, solution delivery, and team management. The role is central to helping clients achieve operational efficiency and digital transformation goals.

• Lead the design and implementation of tailored cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud strategies.
• Develop cloud migration roadmaps for public, private, and hybrid environments.
• Build and manage a team of cloud architects, engineers, and support specialists.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
• Oversee daily operations of platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Alibaba.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for cloud infrastructure services.
• Align project goals with client expectations and deliverables.
• Provide strategic consultation to optimize business outcomes.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud environments.
• Minimize disruption and optimize costs during transformation phases.

• Develop and enforce cloud security policies.
• Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and Saudi NCA.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

• Ensure consistent delivery of cloud services with high uptime and client satisfaction.
• Implement KPIs and SLAs to monitor performance.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues promptly.

• Identify opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote cloud services.
• Refine service offerings to maintain market competitiveness.

• Manage budgets and ensure cost‑effective resource use.
• Support pricing and proposal development.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Encourage adoption of new technologies and practices.
• Improve internal processes to enhance delivery and reduce costs.
• Stay current with cloud trends and integrate innovations into offerings.

• 15+ years in cloud infrastructure management or related IT services.
• 8+ years in leadership roles overseeing cloud service delivery.
• Proven success in enterprise cloud migration projects.
• Experience with public and hybrid cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• Certifications:
  
  AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect.
