IT Section Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Section Head to lead the IT function across the holding company and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity with corporate objectives and digital transformation initiatives, while delivering reliable and high-quality IT services.

• Develop and execute IT operational and strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop IT teams, ensuring performance, quality, and service continuity.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise application systems.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Coordinate with business units and subsidiaries to ensure IT alignment and effective support.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in IT operations and governance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and cloud technologies.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
