Our client in KSA is seeking a Head of QA to ensure total reliability across the remittance platform. The role will define and implement automated testing strategies, oversee performance and stress testing, and guarantee defect‑free transaction processing across all channels.

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems
• Drive end‑to‑end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production
• Collaborate with Development, Dev Ops, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation
• Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability

• Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high‑volume financial transaction systems
• Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices
• Leadership experience, with ability to guide and mentor high‑performing QA teams

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for on‑site engagement
• Saudi or GCC National (Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar), or Expat with transferable Iqama
• Business Visit and Family Visit visas are not eligible
