This is not a pure design role.
We are looking for an Experience Director who can shape how enterprise digital ecosystems work — commercially, operationally and strategically — not just how they look.
You will lead experience strategy for a major organisation delivering shared enterprise solutions. The role sits at the centre of product, business transformation and design quality, ensuring that complex digital platforms are usable, scalable and aligned to real operational needs.
This position requires someone comfortable operating at executive level, guiding direction rather than just execution.
The MandateYou will be responsible for setting and protecting the experience vision across multiple digital products and services — ensuring coherence across journeys, AI-enabled interfaces, dashboards and enterprise workflows.
Your focus will include:
- Translating business objectives and operational models into structured experience strategies
- Creating alignment across business, product and technology leadership
- Governing design quality across AI-driven UX and UI initiatives
- Bringing systems thinking to complex, data-heavy environments
- Shaping enterprise journeys, service architecture and digital ecosystems
- Embedding data-led decision-making into experience direction
- Acting as a credible advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Building scalable frameworks that sustain long-term transformation
This role is as much about influence and clarity as it is about design craft.
The EnvironmentYou will be operating within a large, enterprise setting where complexity is real and stakeholder alignment matters. The work spans digital platforms, service models and operational processes — requiring calm leadership through ambiguity and change.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams (on-site and distributed), raise standards, and ensure experience quality remains consistent across programmes.
The ProfileWe are looking for someone who:
- Has 10+ years across UX, service design or product experience
- Has led within enterprise or platform-driven environments
- Understands enterprise software, business workflows and operational logic
- Has shaped data-rich products, dashboards or analytical interfaces
- Can confidently challenge and negotiate at senior stakeholder level
- Is fluent in Arabic and English
- Is comfortable being based on-site in Riyadh
A mature, well-formed perspective on AI in enterprise environments is highly valued.
