Position: Performance Marketing Manager I Full Time – Avnzor |

Avnzor is a Saudi-based, app-first health, beauty, and wellness platform built for the modern GCC consumer. Our ecosystem supports 60,000+ SKUs
, high transaction volumes, and complex integrations across mobile app, Shopify, backend systems, and payment providers.

We are building one of the fastest-scaling digital commerce platforms in the Kingdom, with strong focus on app growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and sustainable unit economics.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Performance Marketing Manager I at Avnzor.

This role is focused on driving measurable revenue growth through paid media and performance channels
, with strong emphasis on app installs, customer acquisition, and ROAS optimization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat and other performance platforms
  • Driving app installs and optimizing in-app purchase conversion
  • Managing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Scaling campaigns across 60,000+ SKU catalog
  • Optimizing product feed and dynamic catalog campaigns
  • Managing budget allocation and channel mix strategy
  • Running A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation
  • Improving attribution accuracy and tracking (GA4, Apps Flyer, Firebase)
  • Aligning campaigns with promotions, launches, and commercial calendar

This is not a “boost post” role — this is a revenue ownership role tied directly to growth targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing high-budget performance campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience with app install campaigns and mobile attribution tools
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV, CVR)
  • Experience working with large product catalogs and dynamic ads
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in scaling DTC or ecommerce brands preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi/GCC market preferred
  • Strong reporting and dashboard-building capability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
