Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Performance Marketing Manager I at Avnzor.
This role is focused on driving measurable revenue growth through paid media and performance channels
, with strong emphasis on app installs, customer acquisition, and ROAS optimization.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat and other performance platforms
- Driving app installs and optimizing in-app purchase conversion
- Managing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Scaling campaigns across 60,000+ SKU catalog
- Optimizing product feed and dynamic catalog campaigns
- Managing budget allocation and channel mix strategy
- Running A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation
- Improving attribution accuracy and tracking (GA4, Apps Flyer, Firebase)
- Aligning campaigns with promotions, launches, and commercial calendar
This is not a “boost post” role — this is a revenue ownership role tied directly to growth targets.
Qualifications- Proven experience managing high-budget performance campaigns
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with app install campaigns and mobile attribution tools
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV, CVR)
- Experience working with large product catalogs and dynamic ads
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in scaling DTC or ecommerce brands preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi/GCC market preferred
- Strong reporting and dashboard-building capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
