Network & Security Engineer

To ensure robust IT security and network infrastructure across the organization, safeguarding systems and data while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

• Manage network infrastructure including core/access switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls and Fortinet Security Appliances.
• Implement network segmentation, access controls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Oversee endpoint security, antivirus deployment, and patch compliance.
• Lead fiber optic installation projects for high-speed connectivity.
• Design and implement Site-to-Site VPNs, multi-site connectivity, and MPLS networks.
• Manage ISP relationships and ensure optimal bandwidth and uptime.
• Coordinate IT setup for new facilities including cabling, Wi‑Fi, and equipment installation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT security and network administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE (Palo Alto), Fortinet NSE, and Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and security protocols.
• Expertise in Palo Alto firewall configuration, Fortinet Forti Gate administration, VPN setup, and intrusion prevention.
• Hands‑on experience with fiber optic installations, MPLS, ISP management, and multi‑site connectivity.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and patch management processes.
• Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills.

• Network uptime and security incident response time.
• Compliance with cybersecurity standards and audit requirements.
• Successful implementation of infrastructure projects within timelines.
