We are looking for a Digital Transformation Expert to support and enable digital and organizational transformation initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong background in digital transformation training and change management, with the ability to work closely with leadership, government, and enterprise stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainable change.
The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in managing transformation programs, building digital capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Responsibilities Digital Transformation Enablement- Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives in line with organizational strategy and national transformation objectives.
- Assess digital maturity and contribute to the development of practical, phased transformation roadmaps.
- Promote digital culture, innovation, and technology‑enabled ways of working across teams.
- Design and deliver digital transformation and change enablement training for executives, managers, and employees.
- Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and leadership briefings to support transformation goals.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and frameworks tailored to the local Saudi context.
- Act as a change management practitioner across digital initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal resistance.
- Prepare and execute change management plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
- Support leadership in managing change impacts on people, processes, and organizational culture.
- Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
- Communicate transformation objectives clearly and professionally in Arabic and English.
- Build trust and long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change, or transformation consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering digital transformation training and capability‑building programs.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong practical experience as a change management practitioner.
- Prior experience working within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Saudi organizational culture and government / enterprise environments.
