We are seeking a skilled Oracle Senior Support Engineer with strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise HR applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system support, customization, integrations, and multiple end-to-end implementations across public and private sector environments.
Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance challenges.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using Oracle tools.
- Support and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and GIS
. - Manage data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
- Develop and support solutions using SQL, Java, XML, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules
. - Configure and enhance system functionalities based on business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to align system behavior with operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Proven experience completing at least six Oracle implementations in public and/or private sector organizations.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Java, XML, and OAF.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience working in enterprise or government environments.
- Oracle certifications are a plus
