• Implement and host HP and DELL servers in our data center.
• Install, upgrade, and configure Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu) and Windows Servers.
• Manage and troubleshoot servers running various operating systems and software.
• Integrate servers with in-house tools and platforms.
• Build, deploy, and optimize system performance.
• Virtualize platforms using Red Hat KVM and VMware.
• Migrate Red Hat servers across versions.
• Perform administration tasks, including vulnerability patching and performance monitoring.
• Implement security controls aligned with NIST standards.
• Transition to Dev Ops technologies, managing Docker containers and orchestration.
• Support and troubleshoot local tools and manage hardware replacements.
• Automate backups and manage storage solutions.
• Configure and optimize databases and web server applications.
• Liaise with the sourcing team for hardware upgrades and replacements.

Additional Certifications
:

• ITIL Foundation or other IT service management certifications are a plus.
• Relevant data protection or security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are beneficial.

Industry Knowledge
:

• Familiarity with regional data protection laws (e.g., Saudi PDPL) and general data privacy best practices.
• Understanding of IT security and compliance in cloud environments is preferred.
