Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability, utilizing tools such as SAP Solution Manager to proactively identify and resolve issues, thereby minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Implement and configure new SAP systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices, which facilitates seamless integration into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches, ensuring that all SAP environments are up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements to protect client data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP application development and deployment, ensuring that technical specifications are met and business processes are optimized.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting support for complex SAP issues, using analytical skills and technical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems, ensuring data integrity and business continuity in case of system failures.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP databases, utilizing tools like SAP HANA to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness for end-users.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with emerging SAP technologies and best practices.

    • Strong proficiency in SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
    • Expertise in database management, particularly with SAP HANA and Oracle databases, to ensure data integrity and performance.
    • Knowledge of system performance tuning and optimization techniques to enhance SAP application efficiency.
    • Experience with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and issue resolution, ensuring high availability.
    • Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies specific to SAP environments to safeguard client data.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support SAP application development and deployment.
