IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating one of the world's largest cultural, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations, and we are looking for an accomplished Associate Director - IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures that our IT strategy is not only aligned with organizational objectives but also proactively addresses the needs of our business units.
As the Associate Director - IT BRM, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between the IT department and the rest of the organization, ensuring that technology solutions meet the evolving needs of our various business operations. This role will require you to navigate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Qiddiya. Act as the main point of contact for IT-related queries, concerns, and feedback. Translate business needs into technical requirements and facilitate comprehensive understanding between IT and business units - 2. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to identify opportunities for leveraging IT to meet business goals. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives, ensuring continuous improvement in technology services - 3. Project Management:
Oversee key IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the business requirements. Utilize project management best practices to manage resources, budgets, and timelines - 4. Process Improvement:
Analyze current IT processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices in IT service delivery and ensure that the department is focused on delivering value to the business - 5. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages learning and growth - 6. Performance Measurement:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services. Report on IT performance, including service levels, project delivery, and user satisfaction, to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred - 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 6 years in a business relationship management or IT service delivery role
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and service delivery, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT initiatives in a business-centric environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience in the entertainment, culture, or tourism sectors is highly desirable
