About the role:As the Growth Manager - Insights & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role within the commercial team: the strategic engine powering our marketplace expansion. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights that drive high-impact growth initiatives and inform strategic decisions. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll lead CRM and DRM strategies while managing growth spends to maximize ROI.
You’ll also oversee budget allocation to ensure every marketing dollar and incentive delivers measurable sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
- Lifecycle Campaign Development:
Design and execute lifecycle campaigns for both passengers and partners - spanning onboarding, activation, reactivation, retention, and overall engagement across multi‑channel touchpoints (in‑app, push, email, SMS). - Segmentation & Personalization:
Build dynamic segmentation models leveraging RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral data to tailor messaging, incentives, and experiences that maximize engagement and loyalty across both sides of the marketplace. - Performance Analysis:
Continuously monitor CRM/DRM performance metrics, translate insights into actionable improvements, and optimize campaign ROI through data‑backed iteration.
- Continuous experimentation: (A/B, multivariate, incentive, and journey tests) to uncover high‑impact growth levers across the user and partner lifecycle.
- Touch True Marketplace Levers:
Monitor and analyze key marketplace metrics, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, reactivation and retention. - Advanced Analytics:
Leverage advanced analytics and funnel modeling to enhance conversion efficiency across the entire user/partner journey. - Incrementality Testing:
Apply incrementality and cohort analyses to measure true impact of growth initiatives and guide resource allocation. - Data to Strategy:
Synthesize insights into clear, actionable strategies that inform leadership decisions and drive sustainable marketplace growth. - Playbook Creation:
Build scalable growth playbooks that codify both wins and misses - turning 5/5 successes into repeatable frameworks and 0/5 failures into data‑backed lessons that sharpen Jeeny’s experimentation muscle
- Market Pulse:
Continuously analyze competitor growth initiatives — such as engagement mechanics, incentive structures, and marketplace strategies to uncover opportunities to strengthen user and partner retention. - Translate competitive insights into actionable growth plays, influencing lifecycle strategies, incentive design, and experimentation priorities.
- Use trend analysis and data modeling to forecast competitive movements and guide long‑term growth investments and priorities.
- Build intelligent forecasting models to predict marketplace trends: from active users and engaged partners to trip demand, retention rates, and incentive efficiency - enabling smarter, faster growth decisions.
- Turn predictions into strategy: empowering teams to act proactively, drive sustainable growth, and keep the marketplace ahead of shifting behaviors and competitive dynamics.
