• We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional Consultant to support large-scale implementation and transformation programs in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules, with hands‑on experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively engage with business stakeholders.

• Lead and contribute to Oracle EBS SCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

• Perform Fit‑Gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with Oracle best practices

• Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules, including:

• Oracle Purchasing

• Oracle Advanced Procurement

• Oracle iProcurement

• Supplier Lifecycle Management (iSupplier, Supplier Management)

• Oracle Sourcing & Contracts

• Asset Maintenance

• Develop and maintain key project documentation, including:

• Solution Design Documents

• Functional Specifications

• Setup & Configuration Documents

• SIT & UAT Test Scripts

• Reporting Requirements

• End‑user Training Materials

• Provide post‑go‑live and production support, including issue resolution and system enhancements

• Collaborate with technical teams and cross‑functional stakeholders within integrated project environments

• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery aligned with project scope and objectives.

• 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting

• Proven experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects

• Strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes

• Hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, Fit‑Gap analysis, and solution design

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)

• Experience in large enterprise or government sector projects in KSA/GCC

• Understanding of regional procurement regulations and compliance standards

• Oracle certifications in SCM modules (preferred)
