As a Technical Lead at Master Works
, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting‑edge data and AI innovation projects. This role requires a strategic technical mind to guide engineering teams and ensure that every solution aligns with the company’s mission of delivering high‑impact business value and maintaining its market leadership in the technology sector.

• Architectural Leadership:
  Architect and oversee the implementation of enterprise‑grade data, analytics, and AI/ML solutions
• Technical Execution:
  Lead technical execution across cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high‑quality outputs
• Innovation & Experiments:
  Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot programs, and innovation experiments utilizing emerging data and AI technologies
• Strategic
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps and robust solution designs
• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and data/AI governance
• Stakeholder Management:
  Effectively communicate project milestones, technical risks, and strategic insights to all key stakeholders

  Partner with multiple vendors and internal departments to ensure the realization of intended organizational value

• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles
• Domain Expertise:
  Extensive experience in delivering end‑to‑end solutions within data engineering, data visualization, and AI/ML domains
• Proven Track Record:
  Demonstrated success in transitioning data and AI solutions from experimental phases (POC) to production‑grade environments
• Leadership & Communication:
  Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

  Informatica IDMC for enterprise data integration and management
• BI & Analytics: SQL Server and Power BI for advanced business intelligence and reporting
