Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies for products and systems, and ensure the application of quality standards.
• Align solution and product development processes with policies, procedures, and standards throughout the lifecycle of systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with product and project development procedures across all methodologies, including Agile and Dev Ops, from analysis through release.
• Review different business functions to support and enhance quality assurance strategies.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, system testers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct audits and review activities to identify potential issues and ensure end-to-end quality.
• Prepare quality output reports for stakeholders and ensure all processes and products comply with defined standards.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred professional certifications:
Six Sigma, CSM (Scrum/CSM), ITIL, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000-1.
