Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Supply System Analyst to support aviation maintenance supply operations and system administration. This role is responsible for managing supply system databases, supporting automated supply processes, and ensuring system functionality, security, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support aviation maintenance supply systems and operations
  • Administer system access, security procedures, and user account management
  • Perform database queries and generate reports using Query 400 or similar tools
  • Maintain and support MS SQL databases and AS400 system operations
  • Ensure proper connectivity between PC systems and AS400 using Client Access
  • Install, configure, and maintain data processing terminals and related equipment
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain computer programs, formats, and system files
  • Create and update system documentation, user manuals, and operating procedures
  • Develop flowcharts, diagrams, and program logic documentation
  • Support system backups, data recovery, and database restoration processes
  • Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to personnel and maintain training records
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Military Standard Requisition ing and Issue Procedures or equivalent systems
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum four (4) years of aviation maintenance supply experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience in supply system administration, security, and operations
  • Experience aligned with SCA Supply Technician (01410)
  • Specialized training in computer programming at an accredited vocational school, college, or university is highly desired.
  • Have the ability to use, install, and connect data processing terminals and other equipment to be provided by the RSLFAC including:
  • Related systems operations and administration functions; general knowledge of Networking.
  • MS SQL Database Administration and other emulation software for the RSLFAC Supply System.
  • Perform database queries to generate reports as required, using Query 400 or similar system.
  • Maintain PC to AS400 router communications using Client Access for the AS400 System.
  • Direct knowledge or ability to learn the United States Military Standard Requisition ing and Issue Procedures automated supply or equivalent civilian or military automated supply management system.
  • Must be able to analyze and develop computer programs, formats, structures, and files in accordance with programming principles and techniques from flow charts, written narrative, or verbal instruction. Must be able to prepare flow charts, diagrams, operation procedures and methods including:
  • Prepare and update documentation as required for system changes, user manual, project proposal, program logic flow charts, file/storage descriptions, input/output formats, and other operating procedures.
  • Explain and/or demonstrate job duties and responsibilities and assist in training by providing on-the-job training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and/or other personnel to include maintaining appropriate records on personnel, such as Job Performance Guides.
  • Establish and administer system security procedures to secure access to the system on the AS400 Advanced Server. This includes periodic system/database backups, restores, and management of usernames and passwords.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
