By translating usability requirements into positive user experiences, conducting usability tests, and developing comprehensive UX design specifications, the Senior UX Analyst makes significant contributions to enhancing user interactions with digital platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

Usability Requirements: Translate usability requirements and surveys into positive user experiences, developing designs based on established organizational UX standards when appropriate.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project owners, business analysts, and developers to clarify defined business requirements as they apply to the user interface.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests on developed UX designs, ensuring the identification and implementation of necessary enhancements.

User Experience Monitoring: Proactively monitor and follow-up on the end-user’s experience to identify and address areas for improvement or enhancement.

Design Development: Develop and deliver user journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and comprehensive UX design specifications.

Documentation: Document user interface updates in collaboration with the relevant team, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and instructions.

Professional Development: Contribute to the development of professional practices, considering leading industry practices.

Service Level Agreements: Enhance commitment to service level agreements with all parties related to the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in UX design and analysis.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in conducting usability tests and translating findings into actionable insights.

Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.
