SAP Senior Manager with more than 10+ years of relevant experience who can contribute in the design, implementation and deployment of SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture, contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of SAP-based business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Integrating, program manage and implementation of complex SAP program lead experience roles (strong drive attitude)
- Or SAP Architecting with experience in complex Global SAP program and SAP Consolidation programs (Resources, Chemical, Energy)
- Contributing to planning and analyzing high-level SAP strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise.
- Designing and implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology.
- Implementing or leading the implementation of the technical infrastructure.
- Integrating technical and application components.
- Participating in designing the framework of a technical infrastructure.
- Designing, coding and testing SAP program modules.
- Participating in identifying configuration changes.
- Participating in implementing all actions required to deploy an application.
- Management skills who have managed complex projects and delivery.
- Ideally should have also managed on-site and off-shore delivery model.
- Finance background.
- AAES background can be a plus.
- Particularly for functional industry knowledge (operating model, netback, sales, JV, etc…)
- Good SAP Technical skills (good and comprehensive visibility in all areas)
- Very good Management capabilities (to handle complex and challenges context, discussion/workshops, negotiation on models, strong speaking, and of course leading the delivery)
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Arabic speakers and willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication skills (change agent attitude might be a plus)
- Master's Degree.
- SAP Technical skills (good and comprehensive visibility in all areas)
- 10+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect is necessary in any of the following SAP module - SAP Social Services,CRM,LSO,GRC in oil and gas sector.
