The BRA Administrator will design, implement, and manage business rules within enterprise systems, leveraging Oracle Database and Postgre

SQL environments. The role focuses on ensuring accurate rule execution, performance optimization, and compliance with business requirements. The role involves production support for clusters, replication, gateways, and operational tasks for mission‑critical systems.

• Develop, configure, and maintain business rules in alignment with client and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into rule logic and ensure accurate implementation within the rule engine.
• Manage rule lifecycle, including creation, testing, deployment, and version control.
• Maintain proper documentation of business rules, changes, and configurations.
• Install, configure, and manage Postgre
  
  SQL clusters on Linux/Unix.
• Deep understanding of Postgre
  
  SQL architecture, configuration, and internals.
• Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
• Optimize queries, monitor, and tune database performance.
• Set up and manage HA and replication (streaming, logical) and failover.
• Apply security best practices, user management, and authentication.

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor SQL Server environments.
• Design and implement reliable backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Configure HA/DR solutions such as clustering, mirroring, log shipping, and replication.
• Implement and enforce database security measures, including user permissions and access control.

• Manage Oracle database environments for telecom applications.
• Performance tuning and query optimization.
• Implement HA/DR strategies and replication.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

• Work with gateways and integration points between systems, including platforms such as IBM API Connect, web Methods, and other enterprise integration tools.
• Provide operational support and incident resolution for production environments.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for seamless operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in production support for Postgre
  
  SQL clusters and SQL Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Database administration.
• Strong knowledge of HA/DR, replication, and performance tuning across all platforms.
• Familiarity with telecom operations and large‑scale data handling.
• Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python) for automation.
• Certifications like Oracle OCP, Postgre
  
  SQL Professional, or Microsoft Certified DBA are a plus.
