Job Description:
Must have experience in:
- Data analysis methodologies using best practice scenarios.
- Reporting management (Tabular and graphs).
- Assurance. (Analysis and Justifications)
- Network Requests (Changes)
- Service Assurance (Requests).
- Tools (familiar with Solar Winds, Grafana, Service Now or any equivalent /…etc.).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.), Power-BI is preferred.
- Managed Routers, Switches and Firewalls (Cisco-Fortinet-Palo Alto-..etc.).
- Metrics Analysis. (Conduct functional testing and discuss fixes with management).
- Service Improvement. (Identify problem areas, add them to an enhancement plan)
