Associate System Administrator

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a professional and experienced Associate System Administrator to join our team. The Associate System Administrator plays a supporting role within the IT infrastructure team, assisting senior system administrators in maintaining and monitoring the organization’s computer systems. This includes user account management, file server maintenance, and oversight of LAN and internet connectivity for security risks. The role also involves providing technical support and delivering application usage training to staff.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including desktop PCs and peripheral equipment
• Conduct routine server maintenance, including hardware repairs and system updates
• Assist in testing and validating disaster recovery procedures for key systems
• Respond to incident alerts; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data center equipment and network devices
• Knowledge in virtualization & Backup Software
• Knowledge in Event log Analyzer & Attendance Software
• Knowledge in Email Gateway (whitelist / Blacklist)
• Support improvements in data quality, user experience, and infrastructure cost-efficiency
• Install and manage server-based applications
• Create and manage user accounts and access controls
• Record daily IT operations and updates in the service desk system

• Minimum of 1 Year of relevant training or practical experience in an IT environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
