We are seeking an AI Ethics & Governance Expert to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of ethical AI frameworks across the organization. The role ensures that all AI and Machine Learning solutions are designed, developed, and deployed responsibly, in alignment with Local regulations, international standards, and industry best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders submitting Data, BI, or AI-related requests
• Review and validate use case submissions, ensuring completeness of metadata, business justification, and expected outcomes
• Conduct AI ethics audits to ensure compliance with ethical AI principles across development and deployment stages
• Ensure adherence to Local and international AI regulations, ethical standards, and governance frameworks
• Monitor continuous compliance with the organization’s AI Ethics Guidelines and governance policies
• Promote responsible AI practices across the organization and drive awareness of ethical AI principles
• Develop, maintain, and enforce AI and Machine Learning governance frameworks aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Provide expert guidance on ethical considerations in AI and data-driven projects
• Design and deliver internal training programs on AI ethics, fairness, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage
• Collaborate with the AI Governance Committee to ensure alignment between policies, model review processes, and ethical standards
• Monitor compliance status and provide executive-level recommendations for improvement in AI development, data handling, and deployment practices
• Stay up to date with global AI ethics trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices

• 5–9 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, or Technology Risk Management
• Strong hands‑on experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, or Model Risk Management
• Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and model deployment processes
• Proven experience in policy development, compliance frameworks, and governance structures
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Strong knowledge of key concepts such as:
  • Fairness and Bias Mitigation
  • Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance
  • AI Risk Assessment and Control
• Familiarity with global standards and frameworks such as:
  • Global Ethical AI Principles

• Risk Analysis & Compliance
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Training & Awareness Delivery
• Strong understanding of AI and Data ecosystems

• Certifications in AI Governance, Data Management, Risk, or Compliance
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
• Prior involvement in AI ethics committees or governance boards
