Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Senior Developer to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical, business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions including workflows, rules, roles, and policies to support enterprise identity governance.
- Configure and manage connectors including Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory to enable seamless identity data integration.
- Build and customize forms, workflows, and provisioning plans to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Implement and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes to ensure timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning failures, connector issues, and system-level incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and process flows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity (IIQ).
- Practical experience with Web Service, JDBC, and Active Directory connectors.
- Experience creating and modifying custom forms and workflows within SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for provisioning and system-level issues.
- Solid understanding of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and how they are triggered in SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible business language.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- SailPoint IIQ certification(s) are a plus and will be viewed favourably.
