IT PMO Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized IT PMO Specialist to oversee project governance, compliance, and reporting activities aligned with DGA governance frameworks and Qiyas performance standards.

• Enforce PMO governance processes aligned with DGA project management guidelines.
• Monitor project compliance, risks, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain standardized project reporting and governance documentation.
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and national digital initiatives.
• Maintain audit trails, governance controls, and project documentation standards.
• Support portfolio management, prioritization, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure governance compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or IT project management environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance and PMO methodologies.
• Familiarity with DGA governance frameworks and IT compliance standards.
• Experience with KPI tracking and Qiyas-aligned performance reporting.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
