Handle incoming incidents and service requests (calls, emails, system)
Perform first-level troubleshooting and quick resolution
Escalate complex issues to L2 when required
Follow up with users and ensure proper closure
Update and manage tickets in the ITSM system
Maintain SLA compliance and response targets
Support end-users on basic technical issues
1–3 years in IT support / Service Desk
Basic technical knowledge (Windows, networking basics, devices)
Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now or similar)
Willingness to work in shifts
ITIL Foundation
Experience in 24/7 or shift-based support
Active Directory
