Senior Manager, SAP Operations

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager, SAP Application Operations. Provides strategic leadership for SAP Application Operations across Qiddiya, ensuring stability, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across SAP platforms. Owns the end‑to‑end support model, vendor governance, operational strategy, and improvement roadmap.

• Own the full SAP operations function, ensuring platform stability, high availability, and optimized performance across environments.
• Define SAP operations roadmap, support model, and continuous improvement plan.
• Own operational risk management, regulatory adherence, audits, and controls; oversee SOD governance, access design, and security posture across SAP applications.
• Lead performance governance of all operations vendors under SAP operations, including SLA.
• Serve as key advisor to Department leadership, presenting operational metrics, dashboards, trends, and recommendations.
• Lead multiple managers, team members, and technical/functional streams; define capacity plans and development programs.
• Own major incident management and escalation processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP application management or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of SAP systems' architecture, functionalities, and technologies.
• Proven experience in managing SAP application performance, incident management, and user support.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive team performance and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in SAP or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
