Senior Cybersecurity Delivery Manager - Banking

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Lead to manage and oversee a multidisciplinary security team supporting a major banking client in Saudi Arabia.

The SDL will ensure the consistent delivery of security engineering, operations, and compliance services, aligned with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in security delivery or program leadership roles within regulated environments. This individual will act as the single point of accountability for security delivery, driving maturity, remediating vulnerabilities, and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance while maintaining strong executive communication with client stakeholders.

• Lead and manage a multi-domain security team (F5, Network, PAM/IAM/PKI, Data/Endpoint, SIEM, Vulnerability, GRC).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on all security operations and delivery matters.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee vulnerability management and drive proactive remediation with development and cybersecurity teams.
• Lead incident response coordination, root cause analysis (RCA), and reporting.
• Map and track compliance with SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement and security maturity across processes and reporting.
• Coordinate across multi-vendor environments and geographically distributed teams.
• Provide executive dashboards, scorecards, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Mentor domain leads and engineers, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT/cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years in delivery or program management roles.
• Broad knowledge across security domains:
• Network Security (firewalls, SSL inspection, DDoS, email security)
• Application Security (F5 BIG-IP: APM, ASM, LTM, GTM; DNS security)
• IAM & PKI (Cyber Ark PAM, SailPoint IGA, PKI)
• Data & Endpoint Security (DLP, EDR, DEM, AV/Sandboxing)
• Proven experience in banking or regulated environments under SAMA/NCA frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Professional: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, PMP, ITIL
• Familiarity with Service Now, JIRA, or similar tools

• On-site at client premises in Riyadh
• Full-time (Sunday to Thursday), with availability for escalations/incidents
• Long-term engagement with potential extension

• Proven track record in delivery/program management within cybersecurity or regulated environments
• Experience leading cross-domain teams (Application Security, Network, IAM, Data, Compliance)
• Incident leadership (war rooms, RCA ownership, escalation handling)
• Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed teams
• Strong executive communication and reporting capabilities
