AI Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide AI strategy and architecture. This role is responsible for aligning AI initiatives with business objectives while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across the organization.

Department: AI & Data

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture blueprint
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI solutions
• Standardize model packaging, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management across cloud and on‑premise environments

• Design and implement API‑first integration patterns connecting AI services with core systems and platforms
• Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance are embedded in all architectural decisions
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML frameworks and cloud AI services
• Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives and pilot programs to evaluate feasibility and return on investment
• Recommend adoption strategies and develop business cases for emerging technologies

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture design and governance
• At least 4 years of experience focused on AI/ML solutions
• Minimum of 5 years leading end‑to‑end AI platform design and implementation
• Proven experience with AI frameworks and cloud‑based AI services
• Hands‑on experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

• AI Architecture and Governance, including model lifecycle management, risk control, bias mitigation, and audit processes
• Security and Compliance, including Dev Sec Ops  practices, data protection, and regulatory alignment
• Strategic leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
