Software Project Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Software Project Manager with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery
, Agile/Scrum methodologies
, and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
.

In this role, you will take full ownership of delivering software and digital channel projects—from initial requirements gathering through to deployment—while ensuring alignment between clients, business stakeholders, and development teams
. Your ability to drive collaboration, manage expectations, and lead Agile delivery will be critical to success.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery
  , ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering to deployment within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive and manage Agile/Scrum processes
  , including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and development teams
  , ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients
  , setting expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Define and document business requirements (BRDs) and support wire framing to guide development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  , ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and performance using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  .
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions that balance business needs and technical feasibility
  .
• Remain flexible to support and manage projects across different regions if required.

• Proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery within digital or software environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  .
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders, clients, and development teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering, BRD creation, and supporting design/wire framing
  .
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, PMI‑ACP) are an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
  .
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh and relocate for future projects if needed.
