As a Senior Technical Consultant
, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design scalable, high‑quality solutions on the Service Now platform. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing solutions across IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and custom applications
, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.

You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while delivering robust and future‑ready solutions.

• Lead and support end‑to‑end implementation of Service Now IRM and custom application solutions
• Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications
  , including IRM, Service Portal, and custom apps
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
• Develop scripts, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations within Service Now
• Conduct technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal solutions
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders, including senior leadership

• 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Strong expertise in IRM implementations and custom application development
• Experience with modules such as IRM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, and custom apps
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance processes (preferred)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Service Now CSA (CIS certifications preferred, especially in IRM if available)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
