We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead compliance, governance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with DGA regulations, cybersecurity standards, and Qiyas evaluation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement QA frameworks aligned with DGA governance requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and national compliance standards.
- Identify operational and process inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.
- Define and track quality KPIs aligned with Qiyas performance metrics.
- Prepare compliance reports and governance updates for leadership and regulatory entities.
- Support risk management and continuous improvement activities across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in quality assurance, governance, compliance, or audit-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of DGA governance, National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and ISO standards.
- Experience in audit management, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with Qiyas competency and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation capabilities.
- Certifications such as CISA or ISO Lead Auditor are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
