We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead / Technical Delivery Manager with 6–8 years of experience, including strong hands‑on expertise in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration delivery. The role will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end technical delivery of integration and digital solutions, ensuring successful execution across complex, multi‑stream programs.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, solution architects, engineering, QA, and business teams to drive delivery governance, manage technical roadmaps, and ensure high‑quality, timely release of integration solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integration and API‑led solutions using Mule Soft and related technologies.
- Own delivery planning, execution, timelines, and dependency management across multiple work streams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality.
- Manage sprint planning, release cycles, and overall delivery governance in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Oversee risk, issue, and escalation management to ensure smooth delivery execution.
- Ensure best practices in API design, integration patterns, performance, and scalability are followed.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide delivery updates, progress reports, and alignment on priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and team efficiency.
- 6–8 years of experience in Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar technical delivery roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Mule Soft (API management, integrations, and Anypoint Platform).
- Strong background in enterprise integration, APIs, and distributed system delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex delivery landscapes.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
