The Data & AI Delivery Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of demand related to data, analytics, and AI initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, evaluated against platform capabilities and capacity, and aligned with enterprise-wide strategic objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders submitting Data, BI, and AI-related requests
• Ensure all demand submissions are complete, including required metadata, use case details, and clearly defined business outcomes
• Classify and route requests (e.g., reporting, AI models, enhancements, data access) to the appropriate delivery teams
• Collaborate with data architects, AI leads, and business analysts to assess feasibility, complexity, and business impact
• Support capacity planning by aligning incoming demand with available resources and platform capabilities
• Evaluate data dependencies, integration requirements, and AI maturity levels
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with business and IT leadership based on value, strategic alignment, complexity, and readiness
• Ensure all requests comply with data governance, privacy, and AI ethics standards
• Support demand review forums and maintain an accurate and up-to-date demand pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, product owners, platform teams, and enterprise architects
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on demand status, risks, and delivery timelines
• Ensure full traceability of demand from initial intake through execution
• Identify recurring demand trends to support strategic planning and investment decisions in data and AI capabilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of intake processes, templates, and service catalog definitions
• Maintain a historical repository of demand for reporting and analytics purposes

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI)
• Familiarity with AI Governance frameworks and best practices
• Understanding of Data Lifecycle Management and Data Governance
• Exposure to Data Science concepts and practices

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or AI-related roles
