Interface Engineer

Engagement Type:
Lantern employee or long-term contractor (full project duration)

• Own and manage the Interface Control Document (ICD) covering Siemens ACS APIs and Oracle HR APIs, including data fields, formats, synchronization frequency, error handling, fallback logic, and security coordination
• Develop and maintain the RACI matrix across Lantern, Siemens, Maaden IT, ISD, and Cybersecurity teams
• Lead tri-party technical working sessions and drive written technical decisions and approvals
• Manage integration issue logs, technical dependencies, and cross-party coordination activities
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end integration sign-off activities
• Coordinate delivery of the HCIS Stage 3 integration design package as part of the overall project submission
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and industrial architecture requirements, including NCA ECC, HCIS, and Purdue Model principles

• 5+ years of systems integration experience in multi-vendor environments within telecom, defense, oil & gas, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience as a prime-side Integration Lead, not only as a Siemens or Oracle SME
• Strong background in interface specifications, API contracts, and data dictionaries
• Experience leading technical workshops and coordinating with senior stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
• Familiarity with NCA ECC, HCIS requirements, and Purdue architecture models

• Previous exposure to Siemens SiPass, Desigo, or Granta environments
• Previous experience working with Oracle HCM integrations
