Information Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, computer systems, and network management. This role is ideal for someone with UAE work experience who is ready to relocate to Riyadh, KSA, and contribute to our growing team.

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-related issues for laptops and desktops.
• Prepare and issue laptops and desktops to new users in line with company policies.
• Respond to IT support queries in person, over the phone, via email, or through remote access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network connectivity, system failures, and software malfunctions.
• Assist users in understanding and utilizing various software applications and hardware.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with IT Engineers to resolve technical issues as needed.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of various Windows operating systems, including server operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security practices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
• Strong communication and user support skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally gained in the UAE, with a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
