We are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our team and support users by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, operating systems, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑level technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Analyze user issues and provide timely technical solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues
- Support users across different platforms and systems
- Monitor, update, and maintain computer networks and systems
- Perform regular maintenance and updates for operating systems
- Participate in network security implementation and support activities
- Ensure technical support is delivered in line with quality standards
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Good understanding of networks, operating systems, and IT support processes
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and user support skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to quality
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles
