Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management to lead and oversee the management and optimization of procurement systems and technologies. This leadership role focuses on enhancing procurement operations through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with procurement teams, IT departments, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to support decision‑making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems that support organizational procurement functions
  • Develop and execute strategies for procurement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement systems meet business requirements and support operational efficiency
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system effectiveness
  • Oversee data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights into procurement activities
  • Manage relationships with procurement system vendors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement systems professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in procurement systems management or related roles, including leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software platforms, ERP systems, and digital procurement tools
  • Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful reports
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
