DevOps Engineer

We are hiring this Dev Ops Engineer profile on behalf of one of our clients. You will work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with engineering, data, security, and product teams to embed Dev Ops best practices, accelerate release cycles, and improve system reliability.

• CI/CD & Release Engineering: design, implement and maintain end-to-end pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops); automate build/test/security scanning/artifact management and multi‑env deployments; define branching/versioning/release strategies.
• Infrastructure as Code & Cloud: provision and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible/Cloud Formation; operate workloads on AWS/Azure/GCP and on‑prem; design and manage Kubernetes clusters (Docker, Helm).
• Observability & Reliability: implement monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog); define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response and post‑mortems; capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Security & Compliance (Dev Sec Ops ): integrate SAST/DAST/SCA/container scanning and policy‑as‑code into pipelines; manage secrets, certificates, IAM and network policies; support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration & Improvement: partner with software, data and platform teams to improve developer experience; document architectures and runbooks; mentor junior engineers and propose tooling/process improvements.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Dev Ops, SRE, or Cloud/Platform Engineering.
• CI/CD: proven production experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops.
• Cloud: strong working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Containers & Orchestration: production Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• IaC & Config: hands‑on Terraform and configuration management (Ansible/Chef/Puppet).
• Scripting: proficient in Bash, Python, or Go.
• OS & Networking: strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls).
• Observability: practical experience with Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar.
• Version Control: advanced Git workflows and code review practices.
• Language: professional English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), CKA/CKAD.
• Experience with service meshes, API gateways, zero‑trust architectures.
• Exposure to MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with Saudi national cybersecurity frameworks and government cloud environments.
• Experience in regulated or government‑grade production environments.
