Director of Information Technology

The IT Director is responsible for leading the organization’s overall technology strategy, IT infrastructure, systems management, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise applications.

The role requires strong leadership experience in IT operations, ERP systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems integration, with specific expertise in Oracle solutions and platforms.

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, security, and support teams.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.

• Oversee implementation, administration, optimization, and support of Oracle systems and solutions.
• Manage Oracle ERP environments including:
• Oracle E-Business Suite
• Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Oracle Database
• Oracle SCM / HCM modules
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on Oracle projects.
• Ensure Oracle systems are configured to meet business requirements and compliance standards.

• Manage servers, networks, cloud platforms, backups, disaster recovery, and IT operations.
• Ensure system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Develop cybersecurity policies, controls, and incident response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards.

• Lead ERP upgrades, system integrations, migrations, and technology projects.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement.

• Partner with business leaders to identify technology needs and system improvements.
• Ensure IT services support operational efficiency and business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in senior IT leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle systems and ERP environments.
