About The Role
Qiddiya is Saudi Arabia's future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture — an integrated destination featuring world-class theme parks, water parks, sports facilities, and entertainment venues. Technology is central to delivering seamless guest experiences, efficient operations, and scalable asset performance. As Qiddiya prepares for its first asset openings, Asset Management is building a capability to ensure technology investments across assets are modern, coherent, and deliver clear value.
The Manager — Asset Management Technology will help define how technology is selected, deployed, and optimized across Qiddiya's growing asset base, identifying where technology creates operational, guest, and commercial value and ensuring assets adopt solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Identify technology opportunities that improve OpCo operations, guest experience, or financial performance
- Evaluate proposals from assets and vendors for feasibility, value, and alignment with architecture standards
- Recommend technology selection, prioritization, and lifecycle planning
- Support post-deployment reviews to confirm value realization
- Help define business and technical requirements for new assets, OpCos and Business Units
- Contribute to architecture discussions to ensure scalable, integrated solutions
- Ensure systems meet OpCo and BU needs in line with Q-Tech asset Technology Strategies
- Ensure assets and OpCos are enabled with Data Office standards and approaches
- Promote consistent technology use across OpCos and assets, reducing duplication and fragmentation
- Map technology stacks and identify improvements or consolidation opportunities across City / District / Opco continuum
- Support creation of technology standards, playbooks, and governance models
- Encourage reuse of systems and solutions across assets
- Act as a link between Asset Management (OpCos), QIT, Development, and City Ops
- Participate in design reviews and readiness assessments for asset openings and OpCo launches
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Assist assets and OpCos with technology-related issues, risks, and deployment planning
- Track trends in operations technology, entertainment tech, and AI
- Support evaluation and pilot testing of promising new solutions
- Identify practical AI/ML use cases for forecasting, automation, or personalization
- Convert emerging tech insights into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5-6 years' experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture
- Strong understanding of IT systems, solution architecture, technology life cycles and technology investment assessment
- Experience assessing systems, defining requirements, and supporting technology selection
- Ability to simplify complex technology topics into clear insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with AI, automation, IoT, and data-driven systems preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
