Ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on Data Ops/Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in GCP, CI/CD, and automation, responsible for building scalable deployment pipelines and ensuring reliability of data platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for data platform deployments on GCP.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for GCP data services.
- Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of data pipelines.
- Implement observability and alerting for platform health and performance.
- Define and enforce Data Ops best practices (branching, code reviews, automated testing).
- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops/Data Ops engineering.
- Hands-on experience with GCP Dev Ops tools (Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud Monitoring).
- Proficiency in Terraform, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
