- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all system users, including operations, fleet, and support teams.
- Ensure TMS configurations are aligned with operational needs.
- Provide technical support for all user-reported system issues or process breakdowns.
- Monitor daily TMS performance and elevate technical concerns to the system vendor or technical team.
- Deliver ongoing training to internal teams on TMS usage, new features, and updates.
- Create guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting checklists.
- Support onboarding for new users with hands‑on training and system familiarization.
- Extract reports from the TMS and validate data consistency for operational use.
- Identify and flag any data integrity issues.
- Collaborate with the P&L and Excellence teams to deliver actionable reports and dashboards.
- Participate in testing and validation of any new TMS modules, updates, or integrations.
- Provide recommendations for feature enhancements based on user feedback.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
- Uphold a high‑performance working environment and promote HS’s Values.
- 2–4 years of experience working with TMS or logistics tech platform.
- Strong understanding of last mile delivery workflows.
- Experience in tech support, user training, or digital transformation preferred.
- Skilled in Excel, dashboarding tools, and system admin functions.
- Problem‑solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
