IT Architecture – Solutions

We are looking for a skilled and strategic IT Architecture professional to support the development and execution of enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and technology solutions. The role will collaborate closely with IT leaders, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and business‑aligned architectural practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural governance, technology evaluation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the organization’s digital transformation goals.

• Support the implementation and governance of IT architectural standards, policies, and procedures across teams.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
• Assist in documenting architecture designs, technical frameworks, reference architectures, and integration protocols.
• Contribute to defining and evolving the enterprise IT architectural strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Research, assess, and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools based on scalability, security, and integration requirements.
• Identify technological risks and support the development of mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Participate in IT governance and compliance activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Evaluate and optimize architectural implementations and technical processes.
• Resolve complex architecture‑related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and architecture recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise architectural guideline implementation when required.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT Architecture, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related IT domains.
• Experience working with architectural standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical and business teams.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of scalable, secure, and integrated system architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern enterprise systems.
• Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and recommending suitable solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• Leadership potential with the ability to coordinate projects or initiatives.

• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, architecture, or enterprise systems are a plus.
