Senior Software Quality

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality professional responsible for ensuring software products meet quality standards and business requirements through effective testing, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tracking tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review system requirements and technical specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Improve QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Prepare testing reports and quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA team members when needed.

• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
