Responsibilities
- Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and validations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements
- Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed
- Develop and document master data management processes and best practices
- Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact
- 1-3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field
- Maintain and update master data using Excel tools, including XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus
