Chief Enterprise Architect
We are looking for an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and support strategic digital transformation programs within a government/semi-government environment.
Key Requirements- 7–10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Experience working within government or semi-government sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification
- Hands‑on experience with NORA Enterprise Architecture methodology
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools and repositories
- Align enterprise architecture with organizational strategy and Vision 2030 objectives
- Develop Architecture Principles and Architecture Governance Frameworks
- Contribute to Target Architecture development and strategic roadmaps
- Business Architecture (Capabilities / Value Streams)
- Technology Architecture
- Manage and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Repository (EA Repository)
- Conduct Gap Analysis activities
- Identify opportunities for:
- Digital transformation
- Operational efficiency improvement
- Apply Enterprise Architecture Governance Frameworks
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities and project reviews
- Ensure compliance with:
- NORA
- DGA standards
- NCA Cybersecurity requirements
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Solution Concepts
- Prepare reports related to:
- Technology Standardization
- Support digital investment and strategic technology decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification
- Hands‑on experience with NORA Enterprise Architecture methodology
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools and repositories
